The Employee Schedule Audit By Pay Period report allows users to analyze employee's shifts and any changes made to those shifts during a specified Pay Period. It also indicates any discrepancy updates to the shift.
Important things to note:
This report can also be used for terminated employees. Using the 'Status' drop-down, you can select either 'Active' or 'All' to filter employees further.
Getting Started:
To begin you will navigate to ePro Scheduler > Scheduling > Schedule Reports. This will bring you to the Schedule Reports menu where you will select the Employee Schedule Audit By Pay Period.
The report allows you to view an audit trail for a selected employee. Once you select the employee from the drop down menu, you will click the blue 'Query' button.
This will display the employee's most up to date schedule for the selected pay period at the top.
Below the schedule will be the audit trail for each schedule item that was updated or changed after created. In this report, you can view who made the change when looking at the 'By' section. You're also able to note when the change was made, with the time and date, under the 'On' section.
Changes documented by the audit:
- Delete - deletion of a shift
- Pickup - shift picked up by employee
- Update - update to a shift
- Insert - inserted employee into shift
- Discrepancy Update - which updates were made in the Discrepancy tool
In our example you will see that Ryan Howard's manager, Roy Anderson, updated the duration of one of his shifts.
