Purchase Order Number Setup

ePro Inventory is a retired tool that can still be useful when creating custom equipment and fields for ePro Fleet. If you would like more information about this tool, please contact support. 

Important things to note:
We currently do not support updates, upgrades, or modifications to ePro Inventory at this time. We will however correct any page or bug errors to the module that you encounter. Any such issues should be reported to support. 

Getting Started:

To begin you will navigate to ePro Inventory > Configure Inventory > General Setup.

From this menu you will have access to the update the Purchase Order settings under the General Setup section of the menu. 

Purchase Order Setup:

To begin, you will click on the blue 'Purchase Order Setup' link in the General Setup section of the menu. This will take you to a page where you can update the Purchase Order Prefix and the Purchase Order Seed. 

• The 'Purchase Order Prefix' field allows you to add alphanumeric prefix to the Purchase Order number automatically.
• The 'Purchase Order Seed' field allows you to set the starting Purchase Order number.

After you have input your preferred 'Purchase Order Prefix' and 'Purchase Order Seed' you will click on the green 'Save' button.

When using a the auto fill option for a purchase order, you will see something similar to the example below.
